Our approach
We like to keep it simple! We focus on quality and local ingredients to make great tasty burgers
- our patties are made from the local organic grassfed beef
- Our buns are freshly baked at the local bakery
- We use local bananas and island cabage for our homemade sauces
- We ferment susut to give the burger a local touch
Our goal is to make rich and tasty burgers
We do SMASH burgeres where we press the meat against the griddle to seal the surface so the juice stays inside the beef. This way we get very tasty and juicy patties.
We started this burger bar because Vanuatu beef is outstanding. The taste of the meat is close to game meat because the cattle walks free in the shadow of the coconut palms🌴 eating organic grass
we make our own sauces using local ingredients - because we want our burgers to have a taste of Vanuatu 🌋
